UNHAPPY BLACK CARD HOLDERS - NO FEEDBACK ON NUMEROUS E-MAILS SENT TO WINNERS CIRCLE

<p>After sending numerous e-mails ********** ********** (about 10 mails already) we are absolutley appalled to have had no response from anyone. Please see below: </p> <p> </p> <p>To Whom It May Concern,</p> <p> </p> <p>My fiancé and I have been coming to Emperors Palace for almost 13 or 14 years now, my fiancé received his black card last year and I received mine this year. We were really excited to get our Black Cards but now we wish we never got upgraded to a Black Card as we have noticed that since we received our black cards that we just do not seem to win anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>For the first time since we received our black cards we received some freeplay about a week ago which we played and lost, nothing won at all. We never get any invites (and we have asked for our details to be updated at least 3 times already), we never get any complimentary hotel stays or even any complimentary dinners. We don’t even get any free drinks anymore, every time we are there the waiters say we do not qualify for drinks even if we have been playing for a while already.</p> <p> </p> <p>I think in all the time we have been playing at Emperors my fiancé has won 2 mystery prizes and I have won one. And we never know if we ever qualify for any of the draws either.</p> <p> </p> <p>We used to be very loyal players at Carnival City (where we have Platinum Cards) and haven’t played there in a very long time as we enjoy coming through to Emperors, we enjoy the machines and the atmosphere. But although we do not gamble at Carnival anymore we still receive complimentary stays for any of the hotels from Carnival City, Sun City or even the Wild Coast Sun. We even get weekly freeplay from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>We cannot spend hundreds of thousands or even millions but we play what we can afford to play but it seems like you need play millions before you win something. If we bet low we don’t win, if we bet high we don’t win. We don’t want to win millions either but it is nice to be there for more than an hour before we lose all our money. When we had our Gold cards we seemed to win more than what we have been with our Black Cards. If Emperors Palace is only worried about the “Big Spenders” then we will have to take our loyalty back to Carnival City. You can go onto your system and see how long we have been playing there and how much we have spent, but it seems to us that if you don’t spend millions at Emperors then you can’t win anything either. We understand that you are a casino and we cannot win all the time but to win sometimes would be nice.</p> <p> </p> <p>We had the same issue with Carnival City a few years ago where we also started not to win and we were not enjoying our experience there. We were given a free night’s stay, dinner and a generous amount of freeplay.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
