The palace of nightmares!!

After many weeks of going to Emperors Palace we have been playing slot machines with missing buttons, money acceptors that don't work, the machines are not in proper working conditions ,still we have been playing max bet with no winnings when we do get a free spin or bonus game we still end up with nothing .We really feel that there is no value for money. Taking into consideration that it is a 50/50 chance but really its been how long we are really disappointed due to the fact that money gets spent and nothing is won you cant even at least get some of your money back. We have been going to Carnival City and to compare our visits it has been a great experience overall .Even the gaming place at Boksburg East Rand Mall is better. We are gold card holders and really feel that if we cant win why go back lets rather go elsewhere where we get value for money. Staff members are nowhere to be found if assistants is required with machines.
