Terrible Service Black Card

Ive been a black card member for almost 3!years. It means nothing, service delivery, non existent. I was given a new host, couple of months ago. Wow, terrible service. Got invited to 4 events that I confirmed in writing. No sms or phone call for the details for these events. Couldn’t attend any.

My husband and I are both black card members. Last event attended was in March for Easter.

Guys please don’t waste your time and money at Emperors, it’s nothing like it use to be !!!!

I’ve complaint several times but no response, that’s why I’ve taken my money to Carnival & Monty, wow what a difference!!!!
