Terrible experience staying at the Mondior Hotel

I had a stay at Mondior hotel on the 15th of December 2024. I was so excited and looking forward to this stay as it was a first time experience for my daughter. But to my disappointment this stay did not meet my expectations as I was told this was a 4 star hotel and I would enjoy every bit of it.

Firstly the aircon was not working, the TV signal was extremely bad, since it was such a hot day and the aircins were not working we bought cooldrinks to put into the fridge bar and the fridge also was nit getting cold . I asked if we were allowed to use the swimming pool at the grande hotel and was told yes, we go all the way there just to spend a few minutes and we was told by security to leave as it was closing at 6 yet when we asked why was there no notices put up for times they said we must take this up with Peermont. We had to leave and yet there was others that was still handing around and relaxing at the pool side.

I appreciate the fact it was a free stay, but why give people free stays with such terrible experience. I am really disappointed and I had also brought in some family members to have a day visit as it was their first time as well but was also very disappointed with the experience.

I strongly believe that if Peermont is trying to promote their hotels and attract customers that at least do not say it is a 4 star hotel as it was definitely not a 4 star stay but rather a 1 star stay.
