Terrible Experience - Overall Service Levels are POOR

<p>I have been a fatihful patron of this casino from the first day the opened their doors, I am sadden by the changes. Seems like there are no waiters around I push my beverage button about ten time in the past 3 weeks I got served once thus far. You wait forever for a attendent to fix your machines or to do payouts.</p> <p> </p> <p>Multiple machines are simply out of order.</p> <p> </p> <p>The rewards are shocking and an insult, I used to get great rewards including free stays and better brithday offers. </p> <p>Now when I book I cant even use your website it cost me more so I go to booking.com and get better rates so how do your reward your Winners Circle Members.</p> <p> </p> <p>Even parking is an issue you cannot get into the Gold Parkade.</p> <p> </p> <p>The entertainment is non-existent the place has really lost its touch.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>The last time I complained I did not even get a response, I booked the Hotel and was put on the ground floor, it was like being in a parking lot with so much noise from the outside, even then my booking was messed up.</p> <p>So many memories made at Emperors sadly its all changed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very sad indeed.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
