terrible anniversary

so it was my anniversary and I decided to spend it with my Husband at emperors palace, BIG Mistake, we had the worst service, we had extremely bad service at one of the restaurants, where staff was FIGHTING infront of me, and when I asked for assistance the staff told me I can GO!!!! Rosetta's Bistro !!!! I reported this the next morning to the manager, and she advised that she will call me no later then Monday morning it is Wednesday and I haven't heard from anyone, so we spend the night and next morning we go for breakfast!! GUYS I sat and waited for 20 minutes to be seated when I got there all the croissants were finished which is understandable, the ****ins as well!!! coffee machines had no mil****! what am I paying for?? I had toast and black coffee and left! I will never ever go back and don't waste ur money either
