<p>Sat down at the blackjack table and gave the dealer X amount of money only to receive X amount - 100 when i queried it i was told i was crazy and that there was only X amount after speaking to the dealer and the supervisor and getting no where i asked to speak to the manager whom said they must go check the cameras which is what i had been saying for about half an hour to the supervisor but the supervisor kept refusing and saying i was crazy and that there was only X amount on the table it took about 1 hour for them to come back to me and i eventually got my money i was really disappointed in the casino as i was told i was crazy and the cameras proved that i was correct and that the dealer and the supervisor were in fact ***********, i never got an apology and really was not happy with this night i wont be returning for a while and will definitely make sure this is not where my complaint ends!! what happens if they are doing this to you too? be careful and ensure you get the correct chips for your cash. Was contacted by a manager who said i must come and see them, everytime i have been this manager is not on duty.</p>
