STINGY CASINO

im so dissapointed with emperor's palace i have been a winner circle member for over 5 years, i lost so much money at the casino and im not blaming anyone for that cause its a personal choice to go there to gamble .but when it comes to their rewards they suck. we have not been getting much rewards last year due to covid 19 , but since the casino opened we go there to spend out money .

now i recently recieved an sms with a 2 night complimetary stay i wanted to take the weekend of month end knowing i will have money for food since the only offer breakfast , they called me to ask me to change the date and i opted for the 13th March which is mid month and i dont have cash , i called the marketing department to ask for a eal voucher i was told i cant get it so why did they ask me to come on the date of their choice if they cant carter for me and my patner ,its not like them giving me food will bankrupt the casino ......This is pathetic really
