Senior staff bullying waitresses

Stayed at the Metcourt Emperor's Palace on Saturday and Sunday and breakfast on Sunday was made better by the restaurant supervisor. However, on Monday morning there was different lady at the desk who was horrible. She loudly corrected one of the elder waitress in full view of the guests for using the incorrect cups instead of coffee cups. This seemed like someone wanting everyone to know she was incharge. Bullying is the word I would use for her unexceptable behaviour. The damage done by COVID to tourism should make this kind of behaviour that much more unexceptable.
