Rude consultant

It was my first time at emperors palace at the casino side and my first experience was ruined by a lady called Neo at the winners circle. She was so rude to me and I couldn't stop to think about it the entire time that I was there. She must be taught on how to assist clients as clearly she is angry at something and taking it out on me. I wrote a formal complaint and had given it to her jnr manager which I hope she takes it up. Another thing that irritated me abt the experience is that she is chewing gum while assisting clients and that is so unprofessional
