Rotten Chocolate served to people

Eeeewwww, I am so unhappy with Emperors Palace, When there was a Wesbank event that my boyfriend attended, emperors palace was offering chocolates to guests which my boyfriend brought home with him after the event and their chocolate was rotten, it had fungus, that time i had alreday finished the first box going onto the 2nd, the next thing there is fungus. I am not sure if this emperors palace or Wesbank fault. I am totally unhappy that i do not want to eat anything branded emperors palace ...Ewwww
