Just a word of warning to all those folks who think it is a benefit to have a black card with Emperors - this is what you can expect : Machines that do not work - no prior notification is given. U can expect to STOP winning. You can forget about getting any freebies like an occasional dinner or movies. You can expect to wait anything up to 30 mins for something to drink. You will be given a host who is rarely if ever available. Biggest **** around! Rather play at another casino or if you absolutely have to play at Emperors - use a day card. Please take a look at other posts from black card holders - these people are an absolute joke! Only benefit is the entrance fee of R10 !!! NO THANKS LOL!!
