Rewards cardholder with no rewards!!!!
<p>My spouse, daughter and myself are rewards cardholders. During april, my daughter received a call from Emperors Palace offering a 2 nights accommodation in one of the hotels but could not take up due to personal reasons. Later, she got an sms offereing her lunch at one of the restaurants on 27 April 2017 and my spouse got an sms offering him a lunch deal for 28 april 2017. They even get Freeplays on a monthly basis. What baffles me is that from the 3 of us, I am the one that spends the most in the casino, yet I do not get any complimentary offers or freeplays. Why is this so? I got an sms for a mere R200 meal voucher for my birthday this month. I would obviously have to spend lots more in order to take up this offer. Can I please be told what is wrong with me, why do I not get any offers and freeplays?</p>
