Poor service at Tribes Restaurant

On the 26th of December 2015, which is my girlfriends' birthday, I booked a table to treat my girlfriend to a birthday meal at Tribes Restaurant in Emperors' Palace. After being seated and waiting for about 20 minutes, I had to get up and search for a Waiter to order some drinks. These arrived and we placed our order for Starters. We then had to flag down another Waiter in order to place our order for another round of drinks and our main meals. When the Mains arrived, the Waiter had the order completely wrong, which he then took away. After about another 15 - 20 minutes he arrived with our Main meals again. As they were placed in front of us, we both felt what felt like water being sprayed on us. Thinking that someone had opened a bottle of champagne, we ignored this and began eating our meals. The water spray got harder and continued, we then looked up and saw that there was a hole in the roof and we were being rained upon. We immediately flagged down a Waiter who seemed to not care less and we moved tables. We complained to the Manager and his attitude was one of \we didn't know it would rain". What was supposed to be a special meal was ruined by the Waiter & Manager."""
