Poor Service and lack of communication

<p> </p> <p>On Saturday 1 October I visited Emperors Palace thinking that I could spend my Birthday Voucher which was loaded onto my card during August. I was told at the Winners Circle Desk by very unfriendly staff that this had expired and is only valid in your birthday month and there was nothing more they could do to assist me. </p> <p>My husband and myself are regular visitors to the Casino and did not know that this voucher is only valid for the birthday month and then expires. We were under the impression that we could use it at a later stage should we wish. We were never informed that this was the case and if we knew we would not have let this expire. At least with a paper based voucher you could see the terms and conditions in front of you. </p> <p> </p> <p>It was a most frustrating experience because we made the trip there only to be told we could not use the voucher. To add fuel to the fire the machines we were playing went offline for over ¾ of an hour and everyone just had to sit and wait as we could not remove our cards. I feel that the least the Casino could have done to appease some very angry clients was to perhaps offer a complimentary drink to those affected to calm everyone down. </p> <p>It just felt most frustrating that all Emperors seem to be happy with is grabbing our money with no customer service at the moment. There also never seem to be enough staff on the floor to assist clients.</p> <p>Despite 1 email to Emperors Palace directly and 1 to Peermont Head office, no -one has bothered to respond to either. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
