Poor service and Hotel

We were checked into room 320 on Saturday.

Clearly your their star rating needs to be reviewed.In a 4 star hotel,you don't walk into a room with a non-functioning aircon,room was west facing,sun through the window the whole day.Fridge not working,toilet making sounds and not functioning properly.Vending machine not working,and you can't buy cold water.

My First complaint around 19:00, I was promised maitenance is on their way as we speak,6 hours later,still nothing fixed,just in the same condition.When I complained again,and requested another room or hotel,they claimed all rooms fully booked,until they said their might be 1 room,but they need to confirm if everything is working,really??Why wasn't anything confirmed before they booked us into the initial room??

Worst experience of my life in a Hotel,we ended up leaving in the middle of the night,as no one will be able to stand the temperature in the room we had and worst of all,you couldn't even open the windows.We had to risk our lives at 1:20 am to drive home,due to your poor service and false adverti*****t.
