Poor Serrvice no managers ****** at Emperors Palace
Rampant ****** and favouritism at the casino. Peter a floor manager or slots supervisor removed me from a machine I was.playing on to give to another player of Asian descent. There is no active nor any managers available to complain to. They are forever NOT available.This incident is NOT the first we have had here. Place is gone from bad to worse.You cab swear that is is ******* like the rest of SA.
