POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS - BAD ATTITUDES AND ******

We recently had a conference at Emperor's Palace and our experience was dissappointing to say the least. The children that work there need to go back to school. They are rude, unhelpful and ******. They behave like they are doing people a favour by doing their jobs which we are paying for. As a company we spend an average of 6-8 million rands on conferencing and training a year and we have used many venues. Emperor's Palace must have been the worst experience we have every experienced and we will never use their services again.
