Plus size women degraded by staff

My family and I went to the Garden of Lights for the evening. After going through the garden we decided to go on the rides at the fun park. We bought tickets and stood in the queue for about 45 minutes to an hour. By the time we got to the front of the queue they allowed my family through and this white male told my sister and I that we cannot go on the ride. I ignored him and he said it for the second time with a smirk on his face as if he was entertaining the people in the queue and the people behind us started laughing. My sister said to him, he is being rude and asked what he meant, and he said we too fat we must get out of the queue we holding the ride up, as we have never been publicly humiliated before. As we walked away, people were starring and laughing at us, immediately we went to the manager, and asked for a refund. She apologized and gave complimentary vouchers. However in spite if her doing this, we felt humiliated and emotionally scarred. I burst out into tears as I've never been treated in this manner before.
