Pathetic treatment , Disgusting attitude and unapologetic security personnel

My husband and I was taking my Daughter for a quick change to the bathroom , Since there is no place for Dads to Help moms out with the little ones my daughter was not feeling well and wanted her Dad , he could of course not go into the mens bathroom alone so he assisted me and qucikly pushed her pram into the ladies baby change room which happens to be right at the enterance , Sp we go in lock the door and start sorting my little 9 month old baby out at 11:30 am in the evening , I than after a min or two hear some Nosie at the door and unlocked while my daughters is laying there with no nappy crying and her dad trying to get her wipes out the bag , a lady pulls the door open and shouts at us WHO IS in here , she tells my husband to rudely come out , not even asking ask what happen or explain than he couldn't be there , she had the worst attitude ever with so much dis- respect , Walks out leaves the door open , and comments on her way out telling the other staff to follow her , Like as if we were worthless , than i get done and call the supervisor on duty explain the entire story this girl walks up and stands there listens to me shouting doesn't apologize and walks away in front of her superior who doesn't even reprimand her and lets her walk away , She was rude , unapologetic and had the most disgusting attitude , I filled out a form as i was told that there is no managers on duty on a Sunday evening so i had to wait for a manager to call me today , 24Hrs later and still no call or email. I guess you guys have too many customers to worry about losing a few ,
