pathetic service!

Absolutely appauled by pathetic service, unorganized & uninterested staff.Recently visited Emperors for the Epic times with my partner we enjoyed a lovely meal, and soon after went to book a movie, only to find out that there is 1 2D which was Magic mike a male strip show!!!(which i will not watch!!!) my issue is that there are 6 cinemas but the voucher is for 2D movies only??? what choice do i have? i think its absolutely ridiculous. i went back to compu ticket and Johnathan who was apparently in charge does not know how to handle a customers complaint! he couldnt do anything. i was willing to pay a difference for the 3D movie but the response i got was NO! that's not possible. Its really sad to say that above all casino's & entertainment providers in Gauteng, Emperors used to be the preferred choice by my Wife & myself.Emperors was above the best. Really shocked & disgusted... i'd like you to contact me to see if you can turn this around as after this terrible experience , i doubt we'll be back & will terminate our winners circle membership!!!
