they have failed to rectify a simple error in more that 48hrs . I made a deposit on Sunday at 14h51 of R1000 , its Tuesday and still nothing. Their call center *** no response..... chat option gives you a poor generic response "we are aware and attending to it" sent support bank statement , which is pathetic , they should be able to tell from their side and credit immediately.

non of the other platforms have have this issues for longer than an hour , 2 days is just incompetence. let me have my money and move elsewhere.... give me a time line and apologies .

They even once told me i had won a weekend stay and never got back to me...
