NO FEEDBACK

I sent the below email to the Winners Circle email address on 17 July 2015. To date, I have not had the courtesy of a reply.<br> <br> Perhaps on this forum I will receive a reply.<br> <br> On 06 July 2015 I received an sms from Emperors Palace regarding R150 credit valid 6-23 July 2015.<br> <br> I visited Emperors last night (16 July) - no promo credit was available to download.<br> <br> I queried this with the Winner's Circle Desk and was told that apparently I had already downloaded the credits on 08 July 2015.<br> <br> I WAS NOT AT EMPERORS PALACE ON WEDNESDAY, 8 JULY 2015 AND I DID NOT DOWNLOAD ANY PROMO CREDITS TO MY CARD SINCE I RECEIVED THE SMS FROM EMPERORS PALACE ON 06 JULY 2015.<br> <br> Please investigate and let me know what the outcome is.<br>
