MVG programme *******

Good day,<br> <br> About a month back i was call by emperors to stay i qualify for a stay at the hotel.<br> I accepted the telephonic offer and was to recieve a sms confirmation to date i have queried numerous times with promotion and MVG who have no clue.<br> <br> I was my birthday on 1 March nothing not even a sms,,, Flip for this year alone my gamble turnover should be over R100000, but R0 <br> <br> When i gambled for over R10000 this past week at emperors i dont even qqualify for a meal voucher cause i play tables and not slots.<br> <br> Please can someone explain to me why the **** service for gold card holders, the only person who see helpfull is Nathan from the prive.
