MVG displeasure

I am so tired of MVG right now. In less than a week I had to stand in that rediculously long que for the same problem over and over again because it just doesn't get sorted out. On my birthday I stood in that que to claim my free chips. After how long, the end result, I walked away without my chips because I had two cards so they had to send an email to customer service. The phone me it is sorted. I go back the day before yesterday. The lady at MVG takes away my silver card and gives me another card saying that my two cards has been merged. Today I go there to claim my draw tickets. No draw tickets. I have to go stand in that que again. Oh no the cards werent merged its on the card the lady took away from me. So now I have to get a new card again. I am so sick of this honestly. I just walked out now because what am I playing for? Where is my points going which I have been playing for the last couple of days? What is my actual card number? What is my actual card status? Every single visit to Emperors these last couple of days started with displeasure and spoiled my whole evening.

I am going there to relax and have fun. This however is not the experience I receive.
