Mind blowing service
<p>Well where do I begin. Checked in 17 March and was welcomed by the ladies at the service desk, thought this was the expected from the front desk as they are the first communication you receive when entering the premises. Let me tell you what was to come the rest of the day was ultimately the Greatest service Ever... Had a minor mix up when dinner time came when heading to Aurelia's and the mix up was handled so perfectly by one of the I assume manager by the name of Amos. He was very apologetic and even though the restaurant was just a few minutes walking from mondior he arranged a driver to take us back over to the hotel where Aurelia's was. We were treated by Nancy the hostess, who gave us the Royal treatment from the moment we entered till we departed for the evening. Our waiter was Thapelo he was awesome very helpful and insightful explaining every course with such detail that our mouthes watered at just the sound of the dishes... The chef surely outdone himself we were overly SATISFIED By the entire dinner... I honestly cannot wait for my next visit The Emperor's Palace and their employees are the true Meaning of royal treatment... </p>
