Machines kept going offline

I had been to Emprerors on Friday 27th March 2015 and Saturday 28th March 2015 and I was there for a few hours but only managed to play for only a few minutes as the Machines kept going offline. I just had to sit and look around while they was doing apparently everything they could. is their IT guys any good. how do we know that this is just a ploy to get our money or if even we are getting a fair gaming experience because of all the interruptions. I walked around to see many people just sitting and looking and waiting for the machines to come back on line. and the worst the staff was so rude and made it seem as if we broke the machines and that we just wait. There was not even an apology announcement up until the time I left. seems like the standards are dropping fast and drastically because I spoke to some regulars and they said that it was also like this on Thursday. gaming experience no more enjoyable. I now doubt if the slots was being fair
