Let down

I made a reservation and specifically called to ensure that the bath would be separate from the shower as my husband had major surgery to his leg. When we were shown to our room we found that it was not the case.

I requested a different room that caused a delay and in turn my husband was late for a very important interview.

Later that afternoon when we wanted to use the shower before another appointment we found the water pressure to be non existing. I had to assist my husband in the bath and again we were late.

How is this possible seeing that this is a 5 star hotel?
