Last time I ever go to Emperors

On Saturday night my wife and I were at Emperors for a show, we arrived a bit earlier so we can gamble a bit before the show, well that was the intention at least. I realized when I arrived that my card has expired and I would need a new one. So we go to the area to replace the cards and see about 30/35 people standing and only 2 people working there trying to assist (first complaint). So we decided just to get temp cards. After we got our cards I tried using it at 7 or 8 machines but kept getting an error on the card. Eventually I find a machine that accepts the card and put my money in. Exactly 3 minutes into me playing, its stops working and says I need to call someone to assist. This is where I realized how pathetic the service is there. Everytime I asked someone to help I was told it was not there area and they would find someone to assist me. This went on for more than 20 minutes. Eventually someone does come and gets my card out and gives it back to me. I was told I couldn't get my money back from a machine and I would need to go to the cashier, another 20 minute wait. All in all, I was there for 2 hours, I didn't get to gamble and I was late for my show.
