JUST DONT CARE-PALACE BAD ATTITUDE

Went to Emperors 6./2/2018 as it was my Birthday, to use their voucher(R300, thank you for that-at last, I won something!!!!!i know its a "benefit", been sarcastic) Had the misfortune of dealing with Portia. As my card had expired , I went to MVG desk, she gave me a new one,. I enquired if my voucher, money loaded, to which she rep****, "but you never asked me, go over there and check"

The gent from Spur offered an explanation, he says, that the staff there are overworked and tired!!!!!
