Garden of lights disappointment!

So disappointed with the garden of lights, drove over 100km just for the kids to come enjoy the garden of lights, called Emperors Palace while we were on the way to enquire about the weather and the shows, was told that the shows are on and it just stopped raining, asked about the tickets and was told that tickets are sold at the entrance of the garden of lights, got to Emperors Palace at 7pm and followed a long queue of cars all coming to see the garden of lights, get to the entrance and all the shows are sold out, spoke to one of the ladies dressed in a santa costume who told me that they really try their best to inform people about the shows and tickets, when I asked her how do they try she rep**** by saying that they publish it on Facebook and there is a billboard when you enter, I called, I went on their Facebook page and I followed a long queue into Emperors Palace and I saw nothing about tickets being sold out so book in advance to avoid disappointment, my kids were really upset after a long drive just to see the lights and the long drive back without seeing it... Way to go Emperors Palace, doing something for charity but breaking kids hearts along the way...
