FRUSTRATION NEVER ENDS WITH EMPERORS

Despite the fact that I hate making telephone calls (as its pointless when we have emails, internet etc but due to the lack of response from this medium from Emperors I had to call in, reserve a booking, receive an sms which does not have banking details in order to confirm booking, nor does it have the direct reservation number so then I try calling to make payment & THEN FRUSTRATION STARTS OR SHALL I SAY CONTINUES,,,the operator makes me hold forever, the call DROPS & I call back AND THE SAME THING HAPPENS! I GUESS THIS BECUASE I WAS ON HOLD FOR SUCH A LONG TIME! NO ONE IS ABLE ASSIT & I HAVE TO HOLD FOREVER. ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO I HAD TRIED BOOKING THE SIMILAR THING HAPPEN. I GUES I AM THE STUPID ONE FOR STILL WANTING TO GO STAY THERE :(
