False information on their website regarding flights

<p>Okay it is not the first time I complain about Emperors Palace. And I am sure it won't be the last. I thought for myself that being part of the Winners Circle Club spending so much of money to enjoy benefits would be great but guess what? What type of benefits do you actually get if you think about it? Just to jump to the point, I planned to book flights through Emperors by Mango Airlines and I have been trying to do that for a month already and just thought that the website is off for a while but then a light went on in my head and said I have to contact Emperors myself, as I did and they give me the same story, I have to go on the website and follow the link, and same story that the website can not be reached and it is unavailable. I phoned them back and guess what they told me then???? They are not partners with Mango any longer. I mean really? Why do their customers always have to complain before something is done the right way? I am very upset about this. All I ever get from Emperors is trouble and I am always unhappy???? Let's see if I will get a response from them any time soon...... :-(</p>
