False entrance fee for public transport users

I went there on Sunday to celebrate my cousin's birthday, so I used a public transport instead of a car this time and to my surprise I was told at the gate that I have to pay an entrance fee R20before they let me in, I asked since when does a person who travel with public transport pay a fee at the gate and this cashier by the name of Matthews told me is a rule that was there long time ago, so later that day my husband joined us using his car and he was charged only R10 and was told that is for parking, i did try to sent complaints to their office but even now no respond from them, they not even answering their phone, their employees are doing *****ing money from people and their doing nothing about the issue, so disappointed.
