False advertising

I made a booking for accommodation at Emperors palace for January 2019.

Normally when you book for accommodation and watch a show you get accommodation discount. I booked as we would like to see the Abba show taking place there in January 2019.

The initial booking worked out to R389.00 per room per night, I booked 3 rooms as we wanted to make this a family and friends trip.

When I wanted to make payment I received an error message from the website at payment stage, the matter was then escalated to the reservations department and it was agreed that the payment issue would be resolved, they confirmed that a manual invoice would be sent to myself.

I have been struggling with this since the 20th of September, and now today 10 October I receive an invoice for R1,130 per room. Surely this is false advertising.

I am so discussed by this, I am currently busy cancelling all the bookings I have arranged with them for events and year end functions.
