EXTREMELY LONG WAIT TO GET NO HELP!!!!

<p>Yesterday I stood waiting for about 30 mins in the queue at the Winners Circle desk only to get told to go elsewhere for a car wash voucher and a food voucher. I was absolutely fuming. You should inform customers that you have changed the ways things are done, you send out sms's for everything else or even put up signs!!!! Maybe there should be someone to assist when you are in the queue to ask what you are there for as the lady behind me was waiting to get a food voucher so she was also not aware that you now get it at the restaurant!!! Why on earth do you allow people to stand and fill in forms while everyone has to wait until they are finished, pathetic!!!! There were only 2 people on duty (out of 5) and the queue was ridiculous as people were standing at the desk filling in forms, this should be done at a a separate station as it wastes a lot of time. That little incident really irritated me as it was a total waste of my time!!!!</p>
