EVENTUALLY MARC ANTHONY'S "BACK TO NORMAL"!!

At long last .......after a long, long, long time (years) the Food & Beverage and Entertainment Management have seen the light and brought this great venue back to life!!! Now selling "normal local beers" and not only Kraft beers and having "great" entertainment, this venue now has people in it. There were nights when we walked past and there were maybe 3 people max sitting in there on a Saturday night, beers were way to expensive and the entertainment far too laid back, people want a "vibe" on a Saturday night and beers that do not break the ban**** As far as I am concerned this venue became a "white elephant", we remember having such fun and an awesome vibe in the days gone by before it was changed to a sombre (not vibey) venue, people want something a bit more up tempo on a Saturday night!! Maybe we can visit Emperors more often now as my husband now has a decent place to sit and listen to good music and have some local beers (Craft beers were far too pricey!!) while I enjoy a "flutter". We so miss the days when the Odeon had live dance shows and bands!!!! But anyway thanks for bringing some life to Emperors at Marc Anthony's, it was a very boring place for my husband to go to as he is not really a gambler and I enjoy gambling. So needless to say to get him to go to Emperors was a real "arm twist". Hence we preferred going to the casinos where there is entertainment. Thanks again to the Management concerned for making a welcome change. (The band this past Saturday were "okay" but I know Rob and Ali play there and they are an awesome duo and will definitely attract a lot of people as they have quite a following!!!)
