Epic Night for two

I purchased the Epic times for two at Emperors place on Friday (02/02/2018)

We decided that we would use our meal voucher at Zen Fusion. It seemed like the most attractive menu, considering it consisted of starters, main, desserts and a drink.

Unfortunately not all was true. When our waiter came to the table, she indicated that the drinks are not part of the voucher and that we have to pay for them, although it clearly shows on the menu drinks , even the manager was of no assistance.

Having already been seated, we decided to just pay and continue with our date, but things just kept getting worse, the starters of calamari was awful, Our main took about 1hour and 15mins, and the dessert another 30 mins.. Our table was not cleared when dessert was given.. ( I actually took photos because I was so irritated)

Terrible service... but my other concern is that if you advertise something, make sure that is what your customers get. If it says drinks, give the customer the drinks. Also dont include restaurants if the service given to voucher holders are not up to standards, because in that case we rather pay the full price on the menu..

Due to the bad service and confusion, we didnt even get to use the rest of the vouchers.
