Epic night out for 2 should be called EPIC FAIL night out. I bought the Epic experience in order to spoil my wife with a night out without our kids as a birthday present. We went on 28th April and what a waste of time and petrol. We tried booking a table at one restaurant only to be told that the voucher will only be accepted on Wednesday 2nd. Because it is not valid on public holidays??? What holiday was on the 28th??? If they don't want people to use the voucher on a weekend then they shouldn't participate in the promo. Then on to the movies to book a 2D movie, as the voucher T & C's stated that is only valid for a 2D movie and not 3D. When trying to book a 2D movie, we were told that the only one we can book with the voucher is an animation movie as the other 2D movie is a VIP movie??? The T & C's did not state that??? When we complained the manager said that we should have been told to check what movie was available in order that we can then decide if we want to buy the vouchers. If that is the case i don't think any one would buy. Again if a co wants to participate in the promo, then ensure that you cater for the people who buys the vouchers. Never again. I should have gone and bought the other casinos promo. At least there I would not have been disappointed and my wife would have enjoyed her night out and not just a few hours (including the drive there and back home).
Disappointed winner circle member.
