Emperors Palace vs Carnival City

Our recent visit to the casino was terrible the machines don't work, buttons are missing ,cards get stuck or you battle with the machine to read your card. So called friendly staff take forever to assist you. When we compare our visit to the last one we had at Carnival City its totally different the staff were very helpful we had no problems with the machines at all. And we aren't even members there as we are at Emperors. We also had won a great amount of money whereas at Emperors we barely win anything,
