Emperors Palace the dream breaker

i was sent an sms asking if i would like to attend one of their shows as complimentary, i rep**** yes. i received a confirmation sms on the 14 July 2015 that my tickets are confirmed. so i arrange a baby sitter so that my wife and i can attend. on the day of the show, 16 July 2015 i get a call at 10h05 that they made a mistake and they are fully booked and that i must choose another date. SERIOUSLY. I STILL HAVE TO PAY THE BABYSITTER. so to hell with your patrons because you are getting more money from SELLING TICKETS. TIME to take my R10 000 spend per visit to another establishment. Emperors palace becoming more and more pathetic. thank you very much, KEEP YOUR TICKETS.<br> PS: was supposed to bring family and friends for a movie and dinner this week Saturday at queen of the nile, guess i will be taking them to CARNIVAL CITY
