Emperor's palace poor service

Terrible service Can't take a drink toy your room from the bar Can't add food into your room bill Breakfast room was too full. The assistant did not tell us there is another breakfast room on floor 5 The breakfast was terrible. They even ran out of scrambled eggs Dinner at our function was served at 23,15 at night They actually lost my food and it was inedible So disappointed
