Emperors palace peermont hotel is a No GO

Worst experience in my life

Was invited to stay at peermont hotel for 2 days

When we arrived. The systems was down I waited an half an hour to. Check in

When I arrived in my hotel. Room. The. Ice bucket. Wasn't clean the ice machine was not working

No hot water.

Maintainace come at around 10 pm. Told me to run the water so I did. Nothing happend they moved me from room 5516 to room 1266 where. The aircon didnt work. The next morning I informed everyone. I went out for the. Day come back to a room where the temperature was almost 25. Degrees. I phoned. Reception come and moved us to room 1247. Every thing fine. But the shower head was broken spraying every where

To make it all worse.

First morning of breakfast and I waited. An hour. For my breakfast. Just to receive it cold and wrong

This is really the worst experience. I wouldn't go back
