Emperor's Palace-dream for seats

We booked show and stay tickets at Emperors Palace in April, 4 rooms, 8 people. This included accomodation, whitney huston show, R100 gaming vouchers The show is tonight at 08:00. We had no issues when checking in at Metcourt however we were told to receive gaming vouchers at winners circle and tickets at computicket. Eish..there's nothing available. The supervisor is still trying to get us seats! Considering we booked 4 rooms on the 20th of April. What lax service
