Emperors palace draws and machines are a ****ing joke

Why the **** give me draw tickets every damn week when you only call the same people's name all the ****ing time. I was once a black card holder and can even get to that status again but what is the use when you don't even take care of your gamblers but instead call people's names in draws that sit and play R1 or 50c all day but yet I gamble in your casino and not once did I get my name called for any draws. And even when I was a black card holder not once did I get any free play to motivate me or get my name called in and draws. Your ****ing casino is a waste of time and I am definitely going to start a campaign against Emperors palace cause I am not the only one who is unhappy. I even slowed down my gambling due to being unsatisfied and utterly disappointed with Emperors palace. Even your machines don't even pay cause I gambled around R30k in one day and didn't even win nothing.
