Emperors Palace Deoreale Hotel.

Good day,

I am a black card holder at your establishment. I recently booked into the Deoreale hotel on the 08th Aug 2020.

Everything was efficient and great, except for the next morning at breakfast. We were seated, however with the Covid outbreak, our utensils were not covered but just served with the server touching the utensils.

After waiting for about 20 minutes, we were only served drinks. After an hour and a half, no one came to take our order. When we asked how long still, the waiter said another 30 minutes.

I mean really, for a black card member, service like this is unacceptable. We opted to leave without breakfast.

It is beyond me that this is a five star hotel.
