EMPERORS PALACE: CUSTOMER INJURIES POOR MANAGEMENT

Hi guys

While using the restrooms adjacent to Teddy Place just before entering the casino, I encountered a hazardous situation. The cleaners were present and actively attending to the bathroom, but there were no visible warning signs indicating that the floors were wet. Consequently, when I entered the bathroom, I slipped on the wet surface and sustained a dislocated knee.

In addition to the pain I experienced, I called for assistance, but the cleaning staff merely observed my distress without offering any help. This disregard for guest safety and welfare is deeply concerning and unacceptable.

This situation has resulted in significant expenses and trauma.

I have sent them an email and even called about the situation but they just wont respond.
