Emperors Palace Casino the worst casino in every way and suspecting foul play

This casino is so bad it does not even deserve 1 star !! I started playing there 2 years ago, won a fairly ok amount on my first visit. Since then absolutely nothing,small amounts nothing nearly as much as ive put in, I kept returning hopeful that my luck will change, and being a experienced slots player I only play Rooster Riches, Nutty Jackpot machines, nothing else, I have played the Tsogo sun casinos and have had much better luck there, unfortunately because of a bad run one week I self excluded myself from Monte, so my only option since is Emperors, wow if I knew that emperors was so bad I would have never excluded myself from Monte, The staff is rude, I tip huge amounts but still I get no service and treated shockingly! I was nearly in tears on my last visitnThe attendants are never around, I have honestly in 2 years not won anything but i notice certain people sitting playing 2 machines next to each other at a time and I have seen incredible spins like 3 bars appearing on every 2nd spin and it does not stop, both machines, and jackpot hitting, these people play these machines for hours and it spins that way for more than 12 hours, they get up inbetween dissapear to cash out, return and the winning continues, I cant help thinking here is foul play involved, I could never understand why I have no luck on my favourite machines, but most times I visit the casino I see the same people there winning, I have also received sms saying I have points for draw and when I get to casino to get tickets I am told I have no points which is impossible, I have also had money dissapear out of my card numerous times and looks like my points too, I travel all the way from Sandton and use Uber to visit Emperors, to get there and back costs me R800 each visit, just to be treated like **** and to loose all my money over and over and over again..Its very depressing, and everyone around me seems to be having the same problems as me, nobody is happy and everybody is just loosing all their money, I have learned to understand that gambling is gambling and you cant always win and have to be prepared to loose but this is absolutely ridiculous an I do not trust this casino at all!! I warn everyone out there to please be careful and do not waste your time or money at this dump! Someone needs to investigate or audit, I would love for someone to check the cameras in the smoking casino on the main floor, of monday 2 July from 5pm-5am , I have noticed men moving cameras and asked what they were doing and they said they are cleaning, a bit odd.. not sure what they cleaning, the pillars and ceiling, I saw them moving the cameras away from the gentleman that was winning so suspiciously, after I started commenting that I think he has a friend looking after him in the office, he got nervous and all of a sudden men come to move cameras.. please someone this casino needs to be investigated and audited, I am fed up, after 2 years I have now given up because I am convinced there is foul play involved. I am going to visit this casino on Saturday to get answers because I asked to speak to a manager regarding my issues and was just ignored and ag shame.. their comments...
