Emperors Palace a big lie when it comes to free play.

on the 09th of July 2025, i received an sms from Emperors Palace, stating as a valued winners circle member, you receive rewards you actually want! R300 in freeplay or non- negotiable table chips is availble for you to enjoy @ Emperors Palace offer valid till 31 July 2025. I went in to the casino to claim this offer and when i went to the winners circle desk, and since July being my birthday month, they told me that the sms sent was an error and i have already received the R300 for my birthday. the sms I received prior to this sms stated that they were giving me R300 for my birthday, this was sent round about the 2nd of July, the second sms did not mention anything about it being for my birthday, it said VALUED WINNERS CIRCLE MEMEBR that's the reason they gave me the second R300.

when i tried explaining my point to the customer service lady at the winners circle table, she was very rude and refused to hear my point, she said that it was the fault of the casino. i asked how is that my fault and i said why was there no second sms sent stating that there was an error, she said the manager is working on it, today is the 14th and still no apology sms or an sms sent to say there was an error.

this is also not the first time this has happened. does this company have *********** workers, that they do not know how to do their job. or is this casino a very sly casino, in drawing customers in, as you promise us freeplay, tells us we are valued, yet do not keep to what you have offered. this is a very pathetic way of drawing in customers, especially when you know that this casino never makes winners that easily.

i am very disappointed and dismayed at the sneaky way this company is drawing in customers to their company.

what a dishonest company, unbelievable. I am also going to take this situation on all social media platforms, never believe this casino in a hurry when it comes to freeplay. its bogus.
