Emperors casino machines dont pay anything

I'm complaining about the casino machines, the last time I won the jackpot was in 2019, I go very often but I don't win anything. I had a blue card but now I'm demoted to a gold card. In 2019 December they gave me a 2000 freeplay for my birthday, I lost, I put another 2000 from my pocket and I didn't even win anything.
